APPETIZERS TO START YOUR GUESTS OFF RIGHT!

Beginning with a few simple and delicious appetizers, it’s perfect for your guests to snack and mingle while the main course is being served! A Spicy and Savory Trail Mix, Charcuterie Board and Olive Tapenade Mousse on Cucumbers make a well-rounded appetizer spread!

BEVERAGES FOR ALL ATTENDING

A Beverage bar with a Signature Drink (like the French 75) along with a selection of juices for your guests to Make-Your-Own Mimosas and flavored Water Pitchers with Cucumber, Basil, Oranges and Mint, and Iced Tea, Hot Coffee and Tea give your guests plenty of choices to sip on while they enjoy the lovely party!

Beverages for the party

THE MAIN COURSE: THE PIECE DE RESISTANCE!

And as for the main course, Crispy Mustard Chicken with my Sweet and Tangy Mustard Sauce, a Salmon Nicoise Salad with a Honey Ginger Dressing, Shrimp Orzo Salad, Roasted Vegetable and Assorted Wraps, Cranberry Soufflé, and an Arugula Salad with Shaved Parmesan and Lemon Vinaigrette, give your guests a variety of choices to satisfy their hungry palettes!

SWEETS FOR THE SWEETS!

Bite-sized desserts such as Luscious Lemon Bars, Mini Cherry Cheesecakes (always a favorite), Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars, Italian Cookies and a Special Fancy Cake (go ahead and purchase a custom one) for the occasion top off your menu!

And the most important thing of all is to ENJOY the party! Ask friends and family to contribute by making something to help out! It makes everyone feel good about having a part to help bring about a delicious array of foods and drinks, and being able to spend time together to celebrate all sorts of Spring activities!
