Hey everyone! I’m so excited to share some cauliflower recipes this month, and this one is a short, simple, and easy one! ROASTED CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI! I realized that some recipes may be simple, but not easy, and others may be easy and not simple! (Think about that for a few minutes!) This one is both!
You only need about 5 ingredients or so, a cookie sheet and your oven! Just grab a head of cauliflower and broccoli, remove the stems, and break them apart! Lay them out on the cookie sheet or aluminum pan, and toss with my Blended Oil Seasoning, chopped garlic, and some of Hoby’s Essentials Happy Paprika, (or some smoked paprika in your pantry), and voila!
It’s a great way to get veggies in for a side dish or main meal in and of itself! I love roasting any veggies throughout the year, but sometimes this just feels like a fall and winter dish! As you get to know me, I love adding color into any dish, so I diced up red peppers and sprinkled some right as it finished, giving it 5 more minutes in the oven! Then, I love to sprinkle some Pecorino Romano cheese on top before serving! Although lots of cheese can be used! Pick one you like!
My sister has adopted this method of roasting veggies and I feel so happy to help with something that makes her life easier when cooking and entertaining! She works full time like I do, and volunteers a lot in her community, so when I can save her time and effort, that’s what it’s all about! Hoping this is one recipe that you’ll do over and over again!
So more to come this fall with some great tips and recipes that are sure to please!
Until next time,
Let’s get cookin’
