Well I’m your gal! Each year when November rolls around, I start thinking about my Thanksgiving meal. Do you? Maybe for some, you don’t have to host, and you can pick up a bottle of wine, make a side dish, or grab a hostess gift from your closest gift shop. Boy, do I envy you sometimes! But really, if I have to admit it, I really LOVE hosting Thanksgiving! Even with all the work that it takes, it brings such joy to me and my family to be together and enjoy such a traditional meal. Not to mention the libations and company!

However, this excitement and joyous day doesn’t come without some stress for me. And I’m sure a lot of you can relate, especially if you are hosting. As I thought about Thanksgiving this year, I really wanted to find a way to say “Don’t Stress! I’m here to help!” I want to share my favorite family dishes and some tips I’ve learned over the years so you can access them all in one swoop! What better way to help than to share my first e-book with you!

Catchy, huh? Well, maybe a little silly, but I had to go with it! And listen, I’ve gotten to the point where everything doesn’t have to be perfect that day! Years ago, I did stress a lot, and my family can attest to it! Now, as you’ll read in my e-book introduction, the most important thing is to ENJOY THE DAY and BE GRATEFUL! Even when your turkey overcooks, or you forget the rolls, or your gravy comes out too thin, and your kitchen looks like a disaster area! It’s all good!
TIPS AND TRICKS MAKE A FABULOUS DAY!
There are tips and tricks to help! We all love to cook so many side dishes, don’t we! Make them all or just pick a few to prepare and just go with those! And ASK FOR HELP! Get those kids of yours in the kitchen helping to set the table, greet your guests, and be available to set the food on the table or buffet! And let everyone pitch in to help clean up! We have sink duty, left over duty, dish drying duty, and coffee, tea and dessert duty! It might not pay in money, but it sure pays in hugs!
