  • 1 Double Broiler or Microwave
  • Parchment Paper

  • 24 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 2 cup lightly salted peanuts

  • Over a double broiler, heat water to medium-high and add chips into the top portion of the double broiler, beginning to stir as the chips melt.
  • Once the mixture is smooth enough to stir with a spatula, add the peanuts into mixture, and stir to blend well.
  • Turn off the heat to the double broiler, and drop the mixture by teaspoons or tablespoons onto parchment paper.
  • Allow the turtle candies to set up for about 1 - 2 hours. If the are still a little soft after 1 hour, refrigerate. Store in a plastic air tight container.
